Our most diverse Grand Canyon tour, blends remarkable ruins, dramatic lava fields, majestic volcanoes and the magnificent Grand Canyon. Guests will appreciate riding in a comfortable touring van, usually with a group size of no more than 10 guests total. In the morning you will experience Wupatki and Sunset Crater Volcano National Monuments. After lunch on the Navajo Nation, get amazing views from the East and South Rims of the Grand Canyon and still have time and flexibility to explore in the afternoon.

A lot was packed into this long day. The small bus was comfortable with 9 or 10 passengers. It would have been nice to have a few more minutes at a couple of the stops, but it had to be timed to return before mountain roads were too dark. Cat, our driver/guide was excellent in every aspect of her job and very knowledgeable. I recommend this trip for first timers like us!

We booked this trip out of Sedona and were picked up at our hotel promptly at 7 am. Our guide was JR and he was friendly, knowledgeable and shared some personal stories as well. We got to see a lot of the South Rim of the Grand Canyon as we stopped at several vantage points. There was a break in the middle of the 12 hour tour for lunch. We chose the restaurant option, El Tovar Dining Room in the El Tovar Hotel. The atmosphere was very rustic yet refined and the food was excellent. I highly recommend it! Each of us ordered something different and all were excellent. The people on the tour who chose the buffet liked their lunch as well. Stopped at Cameron Trading Post on the way back. They have great merchandise there. Don't make the mistake I did.....if you see something, get it. You probably won't find it anywhere else.
