My 15-year-old son and I went on the shore dive with Ben Carpenter . This was our second ocean dive. The first one did not go well so I was pleased with Benā€™s approach. He was very patient with us and made sure we were ready to dive and had a great time. We met him at the Panama City Dive shop early that morning. He checked our cards and dive gear. He confirmed that we had everything that was needed to dive. Be early if you can. We left the shop by 7AM and made it to the park in no time. We dove on Memorial Day and there were a lot of boats on the water. Not to worry, he made sure we were safe above and below the surface. He showed us marine life we would have missed if not for his keen eye. Great experience and cannot wait to get back there next year!

My son (13 years old) and I went out on a guided dive with Panama City Dive. We just got certified and had only been about 25 feet deep. On this one, we did a fun one-tank dive and went down ~50 feet - and saw an octopus!
