Join Coastal Kayak Charters for a small group guided kayak tour of the Shell Key Preserve. We are St Pete's top rated kayak tour company and focus exclusively on small groups and private tours. Our trips offer more personalized service and better wildlife viewing opportunities while out on the water. We will explore hidden mangrove tunnels (tides permitting), shallow seagrass meadows, and stop on Shell Island for time to swim, look for shells, or just relax and enjoy the beach. Our tours are designed for beginners and experienced kayakers alike. We use stable user friendly kayaks that provide a great paddling experience. We primarily use double kayaks unless you have an odd number in your group. If you prefer single kayaks they are available through our website. What's Included

All Equipment, Instruction & Dry Bags. Primarily Double Kayaks, singles available through website.

**Weight Limit** 250lbs per seat | 450lbs combined for double kayaks.

*Ages 3+ | 3-12 must be in a double kayak with an adult or older child.

*Please arrive to launch site 30min early, there are no public facilities available at site.

This was the highlight of my trip to Treasure Island! Our guide, Spencer, was amazing As were the others at the loading site. I had never been kayaking before and felt pretty anxious, but they all made me feel well prepared with the instructions given. I think we lucked out with having an overcast day, otherwise it could have been super hot and I think that may have changed the experience a little bit. The mangrove tunnels were unreal and everything we saw along the way was just so cool. We also loved the stop at the island. We were able to swim and explore the trail and find some cool shells. The whole trip lasted 3 hours and was just perfect. I will be recommending this trip to everyone I know!

So much fun! Spencer was our guide and he was awesome! This was our first time to kayak and I would definitely recommend this tour for everyone. The mangrove tunnels are so incredible and all the wildlife is fun to see. What a great way to spend the morning!
