Only 6 people per vessel allows for a more personal experience The price includes all equipment, full 5mm wet suits, mask, snorkel, towel service, hot chocolate, coffee, hot showers, boat coats and heated changing facility.

While the weather during the previous weeks and the day we went was hot, warming the water in the Manatee sighting areas in the Crystal River and Three Sisters, our crew of Captain Misty and Dallas went beyond words to ensure our experience will be remembered and talked about for ever. In their effort to get us the full experience of "swimming with the Manatees" they used their knowledge and obvious experience to search all areas for the small amount of Manatees that had not left the area due to the warmth. They pointed out countless other wildlife, pointed out the many local tourist areas, and provided many local stories, even one about Elvis and Tom Petty. Then their perseverance paid off and one of the ultimate nature experiences happened and we swam with the Manatees. Going to Crystal River area...The Plantation and ask for Captain Misty and Dallas

My husband and I had the pleasure of going on the 6:30 AM tour today, with Captains Dallas and Misty. Point to note: in this unseasonably warm February, the manatees have left all the springs and gone out into Kings Bay and farther to feed. They are difficult to locate!!! We highly recommend folks getting up at the crack of dawn (on your vacation) and catching the early tour! Our intrepid captains were the first to locate manatees this morning, and we (my husband and I plus 3 others in this small group) had extended time with a mother and baby before a few other tour boats spotted us, and came over. We felt we had the best tour of the morning!!! Once the area was inundated with other tours, we headed over to 3 Sisters Springs (which is empty of manatees due to the unseasonable warmth of the water). We truly enjoyed the natural beauty of this area- enjoying seeing the fish and appreciating the springs bubbling up, and crystal clear water! We also appreciated Misty’s skill with us in the water so that all in our group had a safe and enjoyable time (plus she is an excellent videographer- we don’t usually purchase videos or pictures taken on tours, but we did hers!). And Dallas - upon hearing we are fellow birding enthusiasts, went out of his way to point out birds and share his expertise about them. Easy to rate this tour 5 ⭐️ AND greatly appreciated the care and training taken to ensure all of us on the tour behaved ourselves in a manner that kept an appropriate distance from the manatees and treated them with respect!

The small group swim is highly recommended - a fantastic experience. Also, take the sunset boat trip, if available. We booked and were looked after by Dallas and Dustin who hosted us like true Southern gentlemen!
