Only 6 people per vessel allows for a more personal experience The price includes all equipment, full 5mm wet suits, mask, snorkel, towel service, hot chocolate, coffee, hot showers, boat coats and heated changing facility.

Recently went on the Swim with Manatees Adventure with Captain Ed and Steve. they were incredible! Due to the time of year there were only a few manatees in the bay, but Steve ensured our experience will be memorable. I have swam with the manatees on 2 previous occasions with different companies but Plantation by far exceeds the others. A little more expensive but DEFINITELY worth it.

My wife Mona and I were passing through Crystal River and she decided that she wanted to swim with the Manatee. She had been talking about doing this for years. It was the second week of August and we knew the chances of seeing a lot of Manatee were slim. I am glad that we chose Adventure Center for our excursion. Captains Ross and Misty Kelly were awesome. They knew exactly where to go and we got to swim with about a dozen Manatee over a three hour time frame. We learned a lot about Manatee and had a great time doing so. Thank you Adventure Center and a special thanks to Captains Misty and Ross.If you are visiting the area check them out. You will not regret it.

Captains Memphis and Ross took us on a manatee snorkel. Being that it is off season for manatees in the area, they were skilled enough to find a lone manatee for us to snorkel over and observe. We were trained on how to behave near manatees on our ride out and were so fortunate to watch a manatee feed, swim up to the surface to breathe and repeat his actions. Captain Ross was the in water guide and he guided me to a great spot to see the manatee rise to the surface. The manatee's eye and mine were only a few inches apart, really a thrill of a lifetime. Thank you Captain Ross. There are many manatee guided trips, but this one is a notch above the rest. We had high quality wet suits, which not only kept you pretty dry in the 72 degree water, but also allowed you to float expending little to no effort. These folks were great! Enjoy!
