Just like our regular tours, you can swim alongside manatees for even longer. Only 6 people per vessel allows for a more personal experience The price includes all equipment, full 5mm wet suits, mask, snorkel, towel service, hot chocolate, coffee, hot showers, boat coats and heated changing facility.

Plantation on Crystal River Adventure Center provided a great experience. Professional and safe. Captain Misty Kelly and Captain Mike were great guides: relaxed, knowledgeable, hospitable, attentive. We wore comfy and toasty 5 mm suits and good masks and snorkels. This is an activity for swimmers but having said that, they will guide you and help you have fun while observing and respecting these great animals in the wild. The hot chocolate snd tour afterwards were fantastic! The movies and photos outstanding and affordable souvenirs. Having a nice lunch at the Restaurant in the Plantation premises afterwards was a plus. Highly recommend!

I took my 11 year old daughter on this trip yesterday and we had an amazing time! She was so excited to finally swim with the “floaty potatoes”. John was very caring and aware of her and all of us on the small group trip, making sure each of us had an experience we would never forget when it came to swimming along side of these amazing creatures. Mark was in the boat manning the helm and keeping a watchful eye out for us and other manatee seekers and making sure that safety was number one for all involved. Even though it is the “end” of the season for the manatees, the guys made sure we still had an experience to remember for a lifetime. We travels to the three sisters springs to view a couple more manatees (and a baby!) and swim in the beautiful waters. That alone was incredible. Overall I recommend captains John and Mark and the semi-private tour. We would go again in a heartbeat!

Three of our "kids" age 20, 19, 15, went on the Manatee swim tour. They had Amanda as the tour guide and really loved her and the tour! The waters were starting to get warmer, so they only were able to see 4-5 of the Manatees, but they still had a great time. The kids were bubbling over afterwards with the enjoyment of the trip. THANK YOU! :)
