The Road to Hana was breathtakingly beautiful! Ray was the best possible tour guide! He safely and courteously led our group while teaching us about Hawaiian history, language, and customs. His manner and humor definitely kept everyone engaged.

Wow! What a ride! Our day started off with our very thoughtful tour guide, Ray, making sure we felt comfortable and cozy in his luxury vehicle. His vehicle was clean and spacious. Our group consisted of 4 friends from Illinois on a girls trip. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the beginning of the tour and delicious lunch in Hana, both at local restaurants. My friends even had gluten free options! Ray had us entertained and captivated by his knowledge of the island: its people, its culture, native plants, surrounding islands, and its history both the good and the sad. He bravely took us through the winding, climbing, narrow road to Hana with ease all the while pointing out things to see. He slowed so we could photograph the beautiful Rainbow Eucalyptus trees and the unique Banyan trees, both a stunning sight to see! He entertained our ride along friend, a little gnome brought along in memory of our sweet friend who just passed. I won't give too much away, but I will say that Ray accessed our group and our chattiness and delivered the best tour we could have imagined! A definite must do tour.... but ask for Ray! I promise you won't be disappointed! Thank you, Ray, for sharing your birthday with us! We wish you all the best. Thank you for making our day special! It's a memory we won't forget! Mahalo!!!
