Guests must be ambulatory. Walkers, Wheelchairs and/or Scooters, of any kind, are not permitted. Tour operator will deny participation to Guests arriving in or with wheelchairs, electric scooters and / or walkers. Guests with heart or respiratory conditions, oxygen tanks, or generators can not participate.
Toddler Car Seats for children ages 4 through 9 years are available upon request and, at least, 48 hours prior to the start of tour time.

From the moment he picked us up at the resort, Ray was warm and kind. He was very concerned about our comfort and enjoyment. We are on a girls trip after a dear friend passed and he helped us honor her memory. The van was clean and cozy. Ray made sure to adjust the temp for us as needed. Catering to four middle aged women ain’t easy ;) We got lucky and had the entire tour to ourselves. It was a nice perk. Ray was incredibly knowledgeable! I learned so much about Hawaii and the culture on Maui. The sites he took us to and pointed out were not only breathtaking but the way he narrated the tour gave us an even greater appreciation for the island and the people. He was so good at answering our questions in a polite and easy way, even if the subject was a difficult one. (sugar cane story). He explained about the micro climates on Maui, some Hawaiian traditions and why things are the way they are. He gave me even more empathy for all that was lost in Lahaina. He pointed out things we should do during the remainder of our stay which was so great and one of the perks we were hoping for. We can be a rowdy, chatty group and he took it all in stride. We truly felt like Ohana at the end of the day. We are from the Midwest and Ray epitomizes what we call “Midwest nice”. Thanks for sharing your birthday with us Ray. 29 never looked so good ;)
