What To Expect

Montezuma Castle National Monument

To be true to the area's rich history, the Sedona single day tour gives you a chance to explore ancient Native American civilization. You'll visit the ruins at Montezuma Castle National Monument which are the most easily accessible, best preserved and arguably the most spectacular cliff ruins in North America. You'll see an impressive 20-room, 5-story structure built into the recess of a white limestone cliff about 70 feet (21 meters) above the ground.

Chapel of the Holy Cross

Enjoy a visit to the famous Chapel of the Holy Cross, an iconic Catholic chapel built into the mesas of Sedona, Arizona

Bell Rock

You'll also visit Bell Rock, one of Sedona's most popular red rock formations.

Took the bus from Phoenix, picked up at our hotel. Our guide was Montana and we were very happy with him. He was a very nice guy with a good Southern drawl and very knowledgeable about Phoenix and the surrounding area. We stopped at Montezuma's Castle and then a couple stops for pictures near the Red rocks. We stopped by Courthouse/Bell rocks and then a stop at an overlook above Sedona with the rocks behind. We had a couple hours to roam Sedona and shop, have lunch. Recommend. We had a great time. Water was provided.

Have never been to AZ before, so this was a great day trip to see some sites. Negatives were that we spent 1.5+ hours more time in the van than any other customer because we were picked up first and dropped off last. Add the 2 hours each way to Sedona and you have a lot of drive time... about half of the total trip time. Combine that with a chatty opinionated guide and you have a long day.
