What To Expect

Montezuma Castle National Monument

To be true to the area's rich history, the Sedona single day tour gives you a chance to explore ancient Native American civilization. You'll visit the ruins at Montezuma Castle National Monument which are the most easily accessible, best preserved and arguably the most spectacular cliff ruins in North America. You'll see an impressive 20-room, 5-story structure built into the recess of a white limestone cliff about 70 feet (21 meters) above the ground.

Enjoy a visit to the famous Chapel of the Holy Cross, an iconic Catholic chapel built into the mesas of Sedona, Arizona

My wife and I took this tour this past week and really enjoyed our experience with Detours. Our guide, Dan, was friendly, engaging and very knowledgeable about all things Arizona. We walked away with great AZ history facts, great photos, and even enjoyed all the other passengers that went along with us. Our "bus" was in good shape, clean, and held a perfect amount of people with 12. I highly recommend using this service and asking for Dan, if you want to walk away with more than just views and a driver. We would book again with this company.

We did a day trip from Scottsdale to Sedona and our tour guide, Cam, was awesome! We got picked up and dropped off at our hotel and were treated to a great trip. Cam added his own anecdotes about the area and pointed out many scenic and interesting sights along the way. I would highly recommend this trip!

Our tour guide, Dan, has been a tour guide for 24 yrs and it shows! He was outstanding! I only had one day to take this Sedona trip and he was a wealth of information. He also took us to some bonus sites for photos! Really could not have asked for a better day! Multiple people on our tour stated that this was the best tour they had ever taken!
