Montezuma Castle National Monument

To be true to the area's rich history, the Sedona single day tour gives you a chance to explore ancient Native American civilization. You'll visit the ruins at Montezuma Castle National Monument which are the most easily accessible, best preserved and arguably the most spectacular cliff ruins in North America. You'll see an impressive 20-room, 5-story structure built into the recess of a white limestone cliff about 70 feet (21 meters) above the ground.

My 12 year old daughter and I took this tour on 11/04/22 and we are still in awe of our entire experience. We travel often and as a single mother, our safety is my number one priority. Being in places we’ve never been to before, I usually worry about getting lost, not being in safest areas, or driving around after an exhausting day of sightseeing. But this tour was everything we needed, plus more. The convenience of someone driving you around so you can kick back and relax is one thing, but the safety net of being surrounded by a close, intimate group, added another level of protection to my worrisome anxiety. Added bonus, they picked us up directly from our hotel. Not only was the scenery breathtaking, but our tour guide Aldo made sure everyone in our group was taken care of by providing water, sharing interesting facts along the way, being our personal photographer, and most importantly he brought us back home safely. He even offered me the jacket off his back when it was freezing cold. He took the time to get to know everyone on our tour. Aldo also knew all the right stops to go to and at the right time so we would avoid big crowds and heavy traffic. Sedona will now always hold a special place in our hearts and the beautiful red rock mountains will forever be engraved in our minds. Definitely recommend this tour if you are in Phoenix.

We loved our day trip to Sedona. Seeing this beautiful region of the world was a lifelong dream. Our tour guide and driver Aldo was kind, funny, and unfailingly attentive to all passenger needs. He shared a lot of great tips for where to get the best photos and good places to eat, etc. the pacing and amount of free time during the day were also very well planned. We’re so glad we did this trip and highly recommend it.
