Montezuma Castle National Monument

To be true to the area's rich history, the Sedona single day tour gives you a chance to explore ancient Native American civilization. You'll visit the ruins at Montezuma Castle National Monument which are the most easily accessible, best preserved and arguably the most spectacular cliff ruins in North America. You'll see an impressive 20-room, 5-story structure built into the recess of a white limestone cliff about 70 feet (21 meters) above the ground.

Enjoy a visit to the famous Chapel of the Holy Cross, an iconic Catholic chapel built into the mesas of Sedona, Arizona

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Sedona!! Aldo was an amazing guide! He kept us informed and entertained the entire day. He really knows the area and how to keep the tour interesting and fun. Highly recommend!

The scenes were amazing, loved it, the tour guide though was crossing his lines with touching people, every time we get in or out of the van he has to touch people on their back and arms, no one asked for his help, we're not kids!! We can exit on our own!! Even one of the older ones told him I got it, he still keeps touching everyone to help them get in and out, I told him that many times!! One time I got annoyed I shook my arm trying to get his hand off me, I ended up hitting my head. You CANNOT touch prople WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT!!! People don't like being touched, specially a girl being touched by an older man!!!

The whole experience was great, from booking to the tour. Victoria with Detours is awesome. She stayed in touch to ensure pick-up went smoothly. The tour guide was outstanding. Very informative and tended to all our needs from the temp on the bus to necessary stops. We had plenty of time to explore the Red Rocks, Sedona, Chapel of the Holy Cross and the Montezuma Castle. Will definitely book with Detours of the West again for tours. Thanks!
