An excellent outfit and highly recommend. Our tour guide was Sarah, who was very knowledgeable personal and worked hard to make sure everyone got to interact with these wonderful creatures. Her passion and respect for Manatees was infectious. This was my second time swimming in crystal river. This time I went in Mid January, which seemed to be an ideal time. It missed the crowds around the holiday but was still cold enough where the manatees concentrated in the hot springs.

My Bestie and I have been wanting to experience this for the longest time. It was a great pleasure having the experience with our guide JJ and Captain Troy! We were part of a tour with two others which was really nice with it only being a small group. Our tour was the first of the day (6:30am) which was the best time to go in my opinion. Thankfully we scheduled our tour on a day that happened to be one of the colder days, which meant there was a greater chance of seeing manatees. Guide JJ and Captain Troy were very kind and personable. JJ was helpful with all of us in the group but was not overbearing at all. He took some great photos of each of us which is so nice to have as it was hard to remember to get photos of one another due to being so enamored with the manatees. We were lucky that there were many friendly manatees that were very curious about us. For anyone looking into this company, I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! But, please remember that manatees are wild animals, the tour companies don't choose the weather, and please respect the wildlife.

Great tour with Captain Wade and guide Tricia. We saw so many manatees! Loved the semi-private trip and heated pontoon boat.
