Overview

Take a day trip from San Francisco to Yosemite National Park, described as the crown jewel of the country's many splendid national parks. You will be guided on a coach tour to highlights such as Bridalveil Falls, Tunnel View, El Capitan, and Yosemite Falls, with a stop for a 1-mile (1.6-km) walk into a grove of giant sequoias*.

Our vans only take 15 passengers, so we are able to stop at more places with less time for loading and unloading of passengers.

*weather permitting, and the hike is not recommended for people with health issues

The trip is accessible for most of the tour. However, at the end of the day, we go on a hike to see the giant sequoias. This is NOT advised for people with back, heart or knee problems. It is also not wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, this is only way to see the sequoias.
There is a possibility that the Giant Sequoia hike will not be available due to winter weather conditions.

I have to say this trip was worth every penny and then some!! Our guide, Steven, was amazing! Funny, informative, and knew all the right spots for those great pics!!! While we got off to a rough start, Steven was more than accommodating and we didn’t lose a minute in the park! I would go again in a heartbeat.

When I told my SF friends that I’m going for a day trip to Yosemite they all thought I’m crazy because it’s sooo large. I expected the trip to be a long ride with a few quick stops. This turned out to be much better than that. Viktor was a great driver and guide. He was extremely punctual on everything. In the morning he planned for us to cross the bridge to SF around 830pm and we were crossing the bridge exactly at 830pm. The drive to and from Yosemite was long but not painful. We stopped in the middle to rest and get food. In the car Viktor gave some brilliant introduction of the park and prepared a few great documentaries / videos that helped us understand it more and made the journey not painful. We stopped at multiple symbolic sites to walk quickly around and take photos. We had around 2 hour lunchbreak and I used that ti do a short hike to the fall and swinging bridge. The view was great. In the afternoon we also got to take a short hike to the giant sequoia. I really wanted to try hiking in Yosemite (I hate spending the full day on a vehicle) and these walks were great. I left the car not feeling fomo at all Viktor helped take great photos for everyone. He even brought a telescope so that we can watch the climbers. He had everything timed perfectly and I enjoyed his ‘bad jokes’

Beautiful trip to see a lot of places in Yosemite National Park! It was a long day of traveling the total time out is about 13 hours, but it was worth it to see all of the natural beauty in the park. Our tour guide Victor was great and showed us the scenic spots to take pictures and shared good information. Would recommend if you are looking for a day trip outside the city.
