Overview

If you are new to or have never snorkeled before this is the ideal choice! Particularly good for families with younger children or swimmers who aren’t certain if they are “seaworthy” enough for one of our longer trips.

This trip is much slower-paced and affords guests time to become more familiar and comfortable with the exciting and beautiful sport of snorkeling. Our crew will be happy to help you adjust your mask, fins, and snorkel and help you become comfortable viewing the tropical fish while using a flotation assistance device we call a “noodle”. You'll even watch for dolphins and whales along the way!

Captain Manu and his daughter were great. She checked us in and got everyone set up efficiently and with thorough instructions. He was a highly skilled captain who took the extra time to show us interesting places. He provided a wonderful narrative story of the area and its rich history, raising awareness about Hawaiian culture. The snorkeling was excellent- beautiful calm bay with great visibility. Such beauty and wonder!

Great Experience! The crew was awesome and the snorkel spot was great! They even brought out a fresh fruit tray with other snacks and drinks.

Took an afternoon tour with Manu and he was great! On the way to snorkeling, he stopped to show us a blowhole because the surf was high and it did not disappoint. Once we got to the snorkeling spot, he gave us tips and made sure we had a great time and also sharing some history of the area. Fresh pineapple, juices and snacks were given after the snorkel. Will definitely do this again with family when we come back to the Big Island.
