Experience the beauty of Sonoma wine country with all five senses on a guided bike tour visiting local wineries. Get out from behind the windshield, slow down and experience wine country from a whole new perspective - by bike! On this tour you'll join a small group, hosted by a knowledgeable, local tour guide who will enhance your education of the vine-to-bottle process. Guided groups ride at a relaxed pace, averaging just 3 to 5 miles of pedaling between stops at local wineries for tastings. This full-day tour visits two wineries and includes a delicious picnic lunch and an exclusive behind the scenes tour/tasting at Vella Cheese factory (except Sundays)

Where do I begin with how amazing Sonoma Adventures was?! We had Hunt as our tour guide who showed us the ropes on our electric bikes. We headed out after talking about what types of wines we prefer. We went to three wineries and a cheese tour. The wineries were catered to our tastes. We loved Buena Vista Winery the best. We didn’t really care for Lake Sonoma Winery. Hunt knew so much about the Sonoma history. We had a sack lunch which was absolutely delicious with to die for strawberries. We really liked the cheese tour to divide up the wine tastings. We will return and highly recommend it to any one else even remotely in the area. We prefer Sonoma over Napa after this tour.

I spent a week in Sonoma with my husband, sister, and brother in-law to ring in the New Year. The day we went on our bike tour was the best day of our trip, hands-down. We booked our trip through their website and received a confirmation email right away. Since we were traveling from the east coast, they made sure to let us know the importance of wearing multiple layers, and bringing biking gloves if we had our own. The night before our tour, Hunt sent me a text message to explain the meeting place, just north of the Plaza. Everything about this tour was just wonderful - we learned the history of the area, as Hunt is a local. He was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and had a great sense of humor; our group loved him! The four of us all vary in our amount of regular exercise, though we consider ourselves generally healthy, active adults. The pace was perfect for everyone, and the wineries we visited were excellent. I highly recommend this tour as a must! We plan on booking another tour with them (perhaps the full day) the next time we return.
