Our tour operates by special permit on the Fort McDowell Native American Reservation and takes place off the beaten path on beautiful desert trails located near the Verde River at the base of Four Peaks Mountain. The Segway is perfect for the terrain and relaxed atmosphere of the Sonoran Desert. It allows you to experience the desert first-hand and offers the best wind-in-your-hair adventure to share with your friends and family!! It’s an experience that everyone will remember forever!! Fort McDowell

The Segway allows you to view the desert flora and fauna without all the encumbrances of vehicle windows and doors. The Segway will ensure a safe smooth ride over the native caliche earth while enjoying the beautiful sites of Giant Saguaro Cactus

This was the absolute highlight of the week! If you have never taken a Segway tour before and think you might like to, this is the one for you. No traffic, no curbs, no pedestrians to dodge, just clean mountain air and beautiful views! My husband and I loved this. I had never ridden a Segway before and he had given one a try 10 yrs. earlier. I have to admit when I first got on I was wondering about being on it for the two hour length of the tour; but as the tour was winding down we were amazed at how fast the time had passed & found ourselves wishing we had longer. Don & Wayne our guides were entertaining and patient with everyone in the group, offering to take photos for people and stopping to tell us about the area, explaining the views and what mountains we were seeing and about the local wildlife and different kind of cactus; and explaining the difference between what you saw portrayed on old television shows and movies and real life. Truly an amazing time! We would do it again in a heartbeat.

This was the best ever experience! Don our guide was so patient and kind, instructing us all on how to use a Segway. Than off to ride in the most beautiful desert views, so tranquil and peaceful. He explains what we are seeing along the way with some history and lessons about the different cactus we see. We even saw bones that belonged to wild horse. This is a must do if you are thinking about tour, don't think twice! Best tour ever!

Our family had a wonderful time on this unique, beautiful and FUN tour. None of us had ever ridden on a Segway before, but after our guide, Don, took us through the orientation session, we were easily able to ride their Off-Road Segways. On the tour, Don was entertaining and extremely knowledgeable about the beautiful unspoiled scenery, including the plants, geology and wildlife. He has such a sharp sense of humor, and we laughed so much, even my teenage son. Our group had the entire wilderness to ourselves, and plenty of time to take in the vistas. We could even see the Fountain in nearby Fountain Hills. What a fabulous trip! I have recommended this Segway tour to my friends and if I get the chance to do it again next year, I will.
