St. Augustine Ghost Tour: A Ghostly Encounter

Overview

This is a 90-minute, unscripted walking tour that will take guests deep into St. Augustine’s darker history. Professionally licensed guides share stories passed from one generation to the next about the oldest city’s strange and difficult past. Tours are multi-generational, family friendly and pet friendly. Although guests with mobility limitations will also enjoy the tour, there are some steeets that may present a problem for certain wheelchairs/motorized wheelchairs.

Tours include some history and a lot of mystery. Guides will also provide instructions on how to use ghost hunting tools (which can be rented for $5). Guests are allowed and encouraged to bring along their own ghost hunting tools as well.

Our tour begins and ends at 12 St. George St., St. Augustine Florida. Located next door to the Oldest Wooden Schoolhouse.

What a fun night. Jan was so much fun, entertaining, and very knowledgable about the darker side of St Augustine. I highly suggest this tour.

The entire experience was amazing. Lisa greeted us with a friendly smile at the counter and told us everything we needed to know and where to go until our tour started. Matt our "undertaker" for the tour was fantastic! You could feel the passion and love he had for what he was doing. Matt was so captivating and could really draw you into the story he was telling. My girls (9 and 11) practically hung onto his every word. It was great to see his passion extend to them. During the tour, one of the members of our party ended up having to leave in the middle. The girls couldn't wait to fill them in on what they had missed. I think they recited Matt's story word or word. This is one experience they will never forget and neither will I. Thank you for the great memory!!

I can’t say enough about this Tour! Lisa was the one that checked us in and she was amazing. We had a great conversation with her before we started a tour. And I can’t say enough about Morganne! She was an amazing guide. She was able to relate to everyone in the party. Told her some amazing stories and shared some amazing pictures. We’ve been on quite a few ghost toys and I have to say this is probably one of the best we’ve ever had. I highly recommend this tour and to ask for Morganne.Even after the tour ended we had a great conversation with her almost 45 minutes long. We highly recommend her and highly recommend this tour!
