This was my first dinner cruise experience and i came away very impressed with their professionalism, great service, and Aloha spirit we were welcome with! We did the all you can eat crab legs and steak option and also had the window seat upgrade. The food was great and as a crab leg lover was very satisfied with their service on refills on the crab legs. The ship itself is amazing and has a great outer deck where we actually were able to see a few whales breaching during the cruise. They also have a upper deck with a smoking area which is a great spot for pictures! There is also live music throughout as well as show which was fun! All in all this was one of the more romantic experiences we did during our visit and would definitely do again!

I did the Star Sunset dinner and show. If you are prone to motion sickness, do not do this! If you do, take some medication. I get nauseous pretty easily but I took some meds before boarding and I was mostly fine! The dinner itself was really good! It started with a "Salad" which I wasn't a huge fan of. It was a few pieces of un-chopped lettuce, a few cut up cherry tomatoes and a vinaigrette. The main entree was a steak and crab legs. The steak way delicious and the sauce it came with really complimented it well. The unlimited crab legs was awesome! I love sea food and I kept those crab legs coming for as long as I could. Desert was a Macadamia Nut Ice cream. I'd never had anything like it, but it was tasty! The show was centered around a 'Newly Wed" couple traveling the islands. It was a fun little story and have the dancers and performers come out into the tables made it feel like you were a part of the show! After we finished eating my friend and I went to the top deck to enjoy the view of Waikiki Beach all lit up during the night. The night air was very refreshing. I will note that my friend did get overwhelmed. If you don't do well in loud or crowded spaces this may not be for you. The performance takes place where you are eating and the dancers get pretty close at times. Especially during the Haka it can be a lot for those with sensitive ears. I thoroughly enjoyed it though!
