Booked a 6pm Trip, the last tour is at 4.30pm ...... Got a taxi down there and wasted time and money for nothing.

The trip started out well. However, when we headed back to the dock the captain of the boat ran the boat onto the dock throwing people into tables and on the floor. No staff came to check on anyone to see if they were ok. They seemed to be most interested in tell people about how they accept tips.

Tour guide not very friendly and couldn't be bothered with people except when she wanted people to buy souvenirs or photos and then didn't even wish us a good day
