We waited over an hour for the ferry and it never showed up. There were about 40 other people also waiting and no one had any info or updates, it just never came and everyone gave up.

we arrived to 36 port on time and there was no boat. we waiting until 8pm and no one showed up. We are extremely disappointed as we are visiting for the New Year.

It was ok! Not the best boat to use. Should have signs on where to go at Pier 36. There are 2 boats at the location.
