The boat never arrived. A whole croup of people ruined their day for this. This is second time in a row where Viator is not deliver what we have booket and paid for. And you will not get your money back, believe me, I have tried. So if you want to experience something, do NOT use Viator or any of their partners.

We were charged for 2 trips and only took one. Viator customer service is horrible. Worse experience I've ever had. Will not book with Viator again.

Very disappointed in the boat itself. The boat is in poor condition and not attractive at all. Being named the Majestic Princess does impart some better expectations. No one announced anything, i.e. bathroom locations, drinks for sale, etc. The chairs were torn and the tables were old and damaged. The music was played extremely loud and the narrator read from a pre-written text. The boat did take us to the Statue of Liberty and that part was great and we got some great photos. During the whole hour, we never saw any staff walking around the boat. There were children running (parents not watching them) and one of them fell into a table. When you board the boat, the water is extremely choppy due to the River traffic. The boat was rocking so bad, people were falling into things. Not sure what could be done about that but someone could have been seriously injured.
