The check-in procedure was smooth. Leanne the guide was superb at keeping the private tour group (including us) together, giving historical information and bringing the past to life. My teenage kids were really engaged by her. Note: the Viator details should say that the ticket does not include going up the Statue of Liberty itself. Plus the skip the line aspect was not readily apparent as we seemed to be waiting in a queue to board and disembark from the ferry.

Terrible experience. Never recommed to buy this tour. Waste of money. Even though u pay above 65 dollars, u won't get anything (no skipping lines, no pedastal access). U can buy these under 30. Pls help urself and never buy this tour.

We went during the “off” season so it was very convenient but chilly as far as temperatures. Our guide was knowledgeable and helpful. The tour was a little rushed. It takes time to soak up the history of the sites.
