Do not buy this tour. There is no skipping the line, despite that being guaranteed. Tour guide was super nice, but due to the lines being so long, we couldn’t finish more than half of the tour in the time we had allotted. Just book tickets directly.

We do Not skip the line. We go to a fast track line and you waited only 45 mins The standard line is 3-4 hours. This is airport like security

I didn’t get a refund for a family member who wasn’t able to attend the event because they were sick. Although the refund policy states you can receive a full refund 24 hrs before the event…I just feel that since we are in the time of COVID there should be some exceptions for overnight emergency. While the tour and tour guide was great, I was just annoying to spend so much on tickets that I didn’t even use.
