I didn’t have any experience i requested for a refund of the total amount it was a scheduling mistake so i call to rearrange the issue but the person who assisted didn’t give me good choices and she was rude and she also told me that there was no way for me to get a refund so i no wouldn’t recomend or use this company again iam sorry but iam expecting to have my money back soon

Thank you tour guide was helpful. Enjoyed myself the weather was great. Don’t think the meeting place wasn’t specified by address and outdoor @ a closed facility.

Actually the meeting point is right on the voucher. It is 24 State street in front of Starbucks across the street from Battery Park. Thank you for joining. If you had a good tour I am confused why you would give the tour guide 3 stars? Thank you
