I am giving this company a low review because when we booked our trip online we chose 11:30am, however shortly after I received a text that I had to either choose 10:45 or 1:45pm. It’s not fair that they allow you to select a time and after you pay say that time isn’t available. Aside from this the tour guy Caesar was extremely rude to us because we were a just a little late, but this wouldn’t have happened had they not changed the time on us and rushed us across town just to try to make the trip and not lose our monies. Aside from their customer service, the ferry ride itself was enjoyable.

It was an amazing tour, with an excellent tour guide Cesar, although not everything was open at this time we found this experience pleasant. I totally recommend this tour.

they called us and canceled the tour 20 mins before it was supposed to start. Now they wont give the money back. Horrible and scam company.
