All guests must pass through airport-style security screening. All items must be able to pass through the screening machine. Large bags and luggage that don't fit in the machine will not be permitted, storage on site is not available. No alcohol, drones, selfie sticks, tools or any type or size of weapon are permitted, legal or illegal. There is no opportunity to check items before screening - they will be confiscated. POSSESSION OF SOME ITEMS MAY RESULT IN SUMMONS OR ARREST BY THE U.S. PARK POLICE.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING DEPARTURE TIME: The tour must depart as scheduled to keep with the ferry schedule, unfortunately we cannot wait for late arrivals. A small delay of even 5 minutes could set the tour back 20 to 30 minutes. Please plan to arrive at the meeting point AT LEAST 15 to 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Once the guide departs we cannot guarantee late arrivals will be able to join the tour. This also applies to the meet-up for the ferry from Liberty Island to Ellis Island..
If you are lost and require assistance finding the meeting point please call the number listed on this voucher as early as possible for assistance. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE DIRECTIONS FROM PEOPLE ON THE STREET.
Our guide is our only representative at the meeting point. If you arrive and cant find the guide you must contact us directly for assistance. We are not responsible for information provide by other parties.
Tour operates in all weather conditions so please check the weather and plan accordingly. In the unlikely event that a tour must be cancelled due to weather we will notify you as soon as possible and you will have the option to re-book for another day or receive a full refund. Re-booking is done on a first come, first served basis and is based on availability.
Based on availability guests may be able to re-book to another tour on another date. The ferry tickets that we purchase for your visit are non-refundable and space is limited therefore a rebooking fee will be applied.
NO REFUNDS will be issued for missing the tour.
There is a good amount of walking on this tour. There are opportunities to sit but guests should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.

What To Expect

Statue of Liberty

Customers will get a guided tour of Liberty Island and have access to the Statue of Liberty Museum, estimated time includes travel time on the ferries.

Ellis Island Immigration Museum

Visit Ellis Island America's primary immigration station from 1892 to 1924. Includes admission to the National Museum of Immigration. Customer's will be given a tour on the grounds outside the museum on Ellis Island and when the tour ends you can choose to explore the immigration museum. Your time on Ellis Island will be about 40 minutes or longer depending on what you choose to do once the tour concludes.

Manhattan Skyline

Get panoramic views and photographs of the New York City skyline from the ferry and from the Statue of Liberty.

New York Harbor

Hop on the ferry with priority boarding and cruise the New York Harbor and visit the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island

Sad 9/11 changed all of our lives, scheduled a 9:00 am Crown tour, they suggested that we arrive at 8:30, stood around in the rain and cold until an employee showed up and said we had to go to the will call window to get our tickets. On of us was going to stay in line, when got to the window, then it was go to a different window, then it was all on the ticket have to be at the window at the same time. Finally got the tickets, back now to the end of the first line. When they opened up the line, it was only to go and wait for the security office to open in another line. Had to go through security, belts off too, then go wait in another line for the ferry. We had to wait for the office to search the ferry with a dog. Finally got on the ferry, walk to the statue base entrance, guess what, another security check, coats, belts, all pocket off again. Finally, at 10:15 we were able to enter the statue. It seems like the park service should be able to create a quicker entrance method. Statue amazed the grandson, last 100 plus steps are on a small tight spiral stairway. Surprise the wife made it up to the crown.
