Not a good night. We had to wait outside in the cold before boarding the boat. The boat did not have heat so everyone keep their coats on. Because there was no heat the windows were foggy which made the visibility impossible. Very disappointing evening.

My own opinion; What a ri- off! We paid for a fully guided tour for liberty, Ellis island, 9/11 memorial, stock exchange and just got dropped off at the ferry to liberty and was told your on your own, its a self guided tour. We were lost at liberty but with the help of other company tour guides we were able to figure out where to go and see at liberty and then we took a ferry to Ellis island on our own then back to battery park but ask the same lady and third party company that dropped us off at the ferry and asked her how we could finish the 9/11 tour and she said its that way go walk over there. What a waste of our day they don’t only owe me a refund they owe me for wasting my only full day with all expenses in nyc! Be careful and confirm your guided tours folks!
