The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable of everything. He was full of so much rich history that most people would probably not know or remember from so long ago. It was truly an amazing tour. Dean was wonderful.

Save your money, and buy a ticket directly to go see the statue of Liberty/Ellis Island! Lines move quick, and this only lets you "skip" the first line (which there was not one when we went anyhow). This "Tour" was an unfortunate low-light of an otherwise fantastic trip to NYC in August. The tour itself was nothing more than 4-5 quick stops walking from the Starbucks across from Battery Park to the ticket line for the Statue of Liberty ferry. To add further insult to injury, it wasn't till we reached the Statue of Liberty that we were informed that the upgrade WE PAID FOR a month in advance to get pedestal access could not be honored. ATTRACTIONS4US offered nothing in its place, and directed me to call the help line to get a price adjustment (great use of time on a vacation). It has been three weeks since the tour, the help line directed me to an e-mail address, and to no surprise, there has not been a reply to my e-mail requesting a price adjustment. In total, we spent over $100 extra for this tour versus just paying directly for the same ferry over to the Statue of Liberty. I would not recommend any tour from Attractions4Us based on this terrible experience.

Actually I reviewed your reservation and you choose the less expensive option without the pedestal. There is something beautiful about joining the tour with a local expert tour guide that assists in navigating through the lines and security while giving you history and information. The ferry tickets are standardly sold out and we provide a service too many passengers to see one of the worlds most famous landmarks.

The tour was good. It was what I was expecting. The guide Michael was great and was obviously knowledgeable about the history of NYC, the Statue of Liberty, and Ellis Island. This is a wonderful time to visit NYC as it’s still opening up from the pandemic, and there weren’t crowds at the attractions. I docked this tour one star as there were inconsistencies about the meetup. Some people were told to be there at 9:30. I was told to be there at 8:30 so we waited an extra hour. Additionally the directions said we should redeem our voucher for the ticket at the redemption point which would NOT be the same place as the start of the tour. However, if you read more closely - the address of the redemption point WAS the same address as the tour take off … confusing. There were other minor confusions, but I think bottom line the tour was worthy of four stars.
