After booking this trip and calling the phone number to verify where to go (which is a recording) we went to the exact place we were supposed to go, 30 minutes early and the ship never showed up. Our tour was for 1:00pm and a boat arrived at 2:00pm and it was for a totally different company. Calling to get a refund, no one answered each time I called it just rang and rang.

Awful!!! Do not book this so called “tour” with skip the line. The “tour” guide was half an hour late. Tried contacting customer service took 6 times to get through to anyone only to be told our time was changed without any notification!!!! The “tour” was pointless, could not hear and only showed us a few things in battery park (which you can easily see for yourself)then left us at the gate for the ferry. Did not give us tickets so we could not get on the ferry, another persons husband in the group had to chase her (Vivian) down to even get us on the ferry. No express line!! Had to wait in all lines for the ferry with everyone else. Then at the statue could not get in the Pedestal even though that was upgraded during purchase!!!! Do not book with this company!!!!!!

These was no options to skip any lines. There was no "skip the line" anywhere. From the time we made it to our guide to the times we got on and off the ferry for both islands. There was no skip the line option on the island or boarding the ferry.
