AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!! ZERO STARS!!! Worst experience ever. I will tell all the other people in our team that are coming next week DO NOT BOOK THROUGH YOU!!! And from here out I will tell everyone I know that will bee looking to book tours!!!! The tour started badly with a half hour last guide, than I could not contact anyone about it, the tour was pointless, couldn't hear guide cause of mask, very short and nothing wow, we could of walked around and found everything on our own, the guide left us, we couldn't get on fairy because they left us no tickets, had to chase her down to come back and talk to fairy, there was no express option about it, still all the same. Than when we got to statue I was not able to get on the pedastol like I bought with ticket, they said it was a third party vendor and would not honor it!!!

Cesar was a great tour guide, love all the history of Wall Street, and the Freedom Tower before the Cruise Leah was incredibly kind winded and made an Hour tour last 2 1/2 hours, finally I just had to leave the group

Well we never got the The tickets we were there at 12 o’clock we went to Starbucks they told us they don’t deal with that we didn’t see nobody outside I asked the security guy in the Statue of Liberty where is this address and they sent me and then that was not the address they send me to Starbucks it was Experience that I think I would’ve never thought in my 67 years that I will go through then the phone you guys put it they never pick up then l send a text never got back Then to top it off the address that was in my email it was in Brooklyn went we got there someone told us that is in battery Park we had to take the train to back Thank god that we left early enough because we never been to the statue of Liberty so l figured let me give it enough time just in case we get lost
