You will be able to get up close and personal to this international symbol and learn the history behind the statue and how it came to be on Liberty Island. We will provide you with the audio guide, so that you can explore the area on your own

Ellis Island Immigration Museum

On Ellis Island you will visit the National Museum of Immigration to learn about the journey of the millions of immigrants who passed through the island from 1892-1924, arriving in America, in search of a better life.

SCAM! This is a scam! We booked a tour to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. They changed the type of tour without consulting us and said it was because their website was not up to date. Despite saying they had an expert tour guide, all the guide did was hand them a device to listen to an audio recording. The guide even told us to complain to the company for giving us the wrong information! Of course, they said there are no refunds possible. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!

Walked 3x more than expected. Texted to ask for location help an hour before start. No reply. Stratton island ferry gave almost as good views Ellis island apparently needs 4 hours. Didn’t even see video started on hour and was 30 mins long. Would have needed 2 hours to view one. Already exhausted stairs ended all. Went to RR and gift shop after viewing plan day exhibit. Bilingual group 25 percent English. Time spent lining up and waiting … and inability to converse with others in group as in usual tours, even to ask what time was group meeting or exact place. I expected tour guide to walk us at each site, talking. 3/4 if time Spanish😟
