We will provide you with the audio guide, so that you can explore the area on your own

Ellis Island Immigration Museum

On Ellis Island you will visit the National Museum of Immigration to learn about the journey of the millions of immigrants who passed through the island from 1892-1924, arriving in America, in search of a better life.

It is beautiful, very large, it is very amazing to see its dimensions and the details with which it has, the guide was excellent all the time, he was friendly and with mastery of the subject, very good attention and very pleasant, a very interesting informative experience where we met much of the history of both the United States and the statue and the island, some other people from other groups told us that their guides delayed them a lot, however, ours offered us an excellent service.

Absolutely horrible experience. The company changed the date last minute. I had to adjust plans for 5 participants. Then the tour guide didn’t tell us about masks. We almost got on boat and there were no disposable masks or places we can purchase. We needed to exit and no way to reach our tour guide. Horrible experience and now out $300. Beware of this company.

On the other hand, in our tour, we indicate that the use of a mask is mandatory, this way the client would know if he/she wants to be part or not of a tour in which a mask must be used. It took a long time in line. A line to get on boat. We had bought tickets in advance. It’s going to be a long day. Don’t think I would do it again.
