We booked this tour through Viatore. I could not find on the site which company was providing the tour. I received calls from Juarez Mexico to change our time and saw it was Amigo Tours. The tour is in English and Spanish. LuLu did a good job translating to two different groups. There is some waiting around as she has to say everything twice. LuLu was very nice and we enjoyed her stories. We chose this tour because it allowed us to start at 12:30, was reasonably priced and included the pedestal access. We met LuLu outside Starbucks at Battery Park. She had our tickets ready. She rocked the line getting in and we moved ahead very quickly. She definitely knew the ins and outs of the process which was appreciated. She gave us information on the ferry on the way to The Statue of Liberty and then we had an hour to explore. Next stop was Ellis Island where she gave us a tour. Lasted about an hour again. The other two hours were going through security, waiting for the ferry and transporting on the ferry. There are bathrooms and snacks available on the ferry. We split off after the Ellis Island tour and stayed later to keep exploring. LuLu was my very nice, thank you for the tour!
