Salem is nearly 400 years old and just like all of us, it has a dark side. An underbelly wrought with stories for the ages. Join us for our 90 min evening walking tour as we wander through the shadows and hear stories about pirates and pepper, secrets of the oldest cemetery in Salem, brutal murders, strange legal battles, curses, spiders, torture, and of course a ghost story or two. We invite you to be part of our story and learn why true history is Better Than Fiction. -All tour guides are licensed by the City of Salem and are professional storytellers .

Excellent tour. I believe our guide's name was Jeff. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Salem from the dark side. He told great stories & kept it very entertaining, yet real. He really made you think about all of the strange things tied to Salem. I highly recommend this tour. He was able to maneuver through the crowds so we were able to hear him tell the tales. Great time.

From the beginning until the end I was fully submerged in the tour. The story telling was phenomenal the way she segued from one subject to the next was seamless. Her energy was great and the jokes was hilarious I would 100% recommend her to my friends and family.
