Britt, the guide, was friendly and knowledgeable. We proceeded along the albert Loop Trail near Eagle River, until...we had a grizzly female with 3 clubs directly in our path yards away! she cautioned the group not to run, walked backwards, and redirected the hike. She conducted herself professionally in every way. Loved this hike!!!

Thanks for the review! We love seeing the bears... from afar! But that's one of the many things that makes Alaska "Alaska" in my book. Thanks for joining us!

Eagle River area was amazing! Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. The hike was pretty easy but had incredible views! They also provided snacks: cheese, apples and granola bars and offered to drop you off at your desired destination within downtown.
