What To Expect

Grand Teton National Park

We offer Grand Teton and Yellowstone tours.Uncover the best wildlife hotspots of Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National park with a knowledgeable and experienced guide at EcoTour Adventures. We will hit the back roads of Jackson Hole to escape the crowds and seek out our favorite hotspots for uninterrupted observation of seasonally available wildlife, including moose, elk, bison, pronghorn antelope, mule deer, bighorn sheep, wolves, black bears, grizzly bears, bald eagles, and trumpeter swans.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Our guide Kirk was so knowledgeable about the areas. He knew a lot about the wildlife and also the History of the Areas. I am a teacher And I Was amazed with his knowledge.

Cancelled the tour the day before with ZERO notice. We called to confirm pick up and they told us that our we had been cancelled due to them having a private tour. We had this tour booked for a month+ and received no warning before we called. Disgusting. Awful way to do business. Haven't even received our refund back yet. Thank you for absolutely nothing.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. To better ensure the safety of both guests and guides alike, we transitioned earlier in the year to a private only capacity to mitigate the potential spread of Covid-19. We attempted to contact you multiple times in the weeks prior to your tour via the messenger/email correspondence on the 3rd party booking site you had used to communicate this change. Giving you the option to cancel without penalty or upgrade to a private program. We unfortunately never heard back either via phone, email or 3rd party site. Due to the 3rd party site’s terms and conditions it can be challenging contacting you directly and is frowned upon. While we did not cancel the tour due to another private booking, we cancelled your tour at your request as you did not want to switch to a private program when you called the day prior. As you booked through a 3rd party site they are the ones to issue the refund immediately after cancellation occurred. Refunds can take up to 3 to 5 business days to reflect back on your credit card statement, please let us know if that refund has still not been processed as we can reach out to the 3rd party site. Josh gave us an exceptional, educational tour of the Tetons! We saw so much, Bears, Elk, Bison, Bald Eagles…we learned so much about the animals and area. The 4wd was comfortable and clean and they were careful about covid. Josh not only showed us the animals but was ready with back up camera. He truly is a great person and so easy to spend the morning with. It was a thoroughly enjoyable morning and we plan on doing it again when we return, hopefully soon.
