What To Expect

Grand Teton National Park

We offer Grand Teton and Yellowstone tours.Uncover the best wildlife hotspots of Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National park with a knowledgeable and experienced guide at EcoTour Adventures. We will hit the back roads of Jackson Hole to escape the crowds and seek out our favorite hotspots for uninterrupted observation of seasonally available wildlife, including moose, elk, bison, pronghorn antelope, mule deer, bighorn sheep, wolves, black bears, grizzly bears, bald eagles, and trumpeter swans.

My husband and I spent Christmas week in Jackson Hole and the Sunrise Tour was our first activity. Kirk was our guide and was extremely knowledgeable about the history, ecosystem and animals in Jackson Hole. He made this whole wonderful experience even better and the information that we learned really enhanced our whole Jackson Hole vacation. We saw big horn sheep, a bald eagle, moose, elk, swan and bison. The driver's communicate with each other so that all who are out guiding the tours know where to spot the animals. We were able to stop and hear a wolf in the distance although we were not able to see it. The vehicles have roof hatches so that if it is too cold to get out you can still enjoy the views. Our EcoTour was just perfect and I highly recommend it if you are in Jackson Hole. I'm sure all of the guides are great but if you can get Kirk he will teach you so much during your tour!

EcoTours was GREAT! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about the Jackson area, wildlife, and ecosystem. We saw so many animals (16 moose in total), elk, a bald eagle, coyote, many water fowl, otters, and bison! They have excellent equipment for us to use on our tour and offered refreshments and snacks as well. We had a great time and plan to go on another tour with them in the future.

My husband and I did 3 half day tours with Eco Tours while in Jackson - cross country skiing, snow shoeing and winter wildlife tour. Each one was fabulous, lead by a great guide who was so knowledgeable about the activity but also about the area, National Parks and wildlife. Their passion about nature and Wyoming was awesome and infectious. We learned so much and had a great time. Will definitely do more tours with Eco Tours in the future!
