What To Expect

Grand Teton National Park

We offer Grand Teton and Yellowstone tours.Uncover the best wildlife hotspots of Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National park with a knowledgeable and experienced guide at EcoTour Adventures. We will hit the back roads of Jackson Hole to escape the crowds and seek out our favorite hotspots for uninterrupted observation of seasonally available wildlife, including moose, elk, bison, pronghorn antelope, mule deer, bighorn sheep, wolves, black bears, grizzly bears, bald eagles, and trumpeter swans.

8 of us had an amazing time doing a full day Yellowstone tour and also a Sunrise Teton tour. Our guide, Shaun, was amazing. He was personable, knowledgeable, and awesome with our kids. The Yellowstone tour was focused on geologic features but we saw our fair share of animals which was great. We saw moose, grizzly bear, elk, deer, a great grey owl, pronghorn, coyotes, wolves, bison and numerous others. Old Faithful was very cool as well. Shaun timed it perfectly so we could check out some scenery near Old Faithful. The Teton tour was also excellent. We were able to get close to the animals to easily see them through binoculars. Overall, so worth the money for this tour. They really do provide everything you need for an amazing day. It was also great having the same guide on both tours. They are able to tailor the tour to what you really what to see. We all love Jackson and both parks. Eco Tours is really a great way to see everything you want if you are in a time crunch and don’t want to do self guided. I think having a guide gets you some great opportunities you maybe don’t have on your own. Especially for those of us who appreciate nature but don’t necessarily have a ton of knowledge and experience. And again, if you get a chance to tour with Shaun consider yourself very fortunate.

We had a wonderful experience with Jackson Hole Eco Tour. The wildlife was abundant and the scenery beautiful. Our guide, Laura, was both knowledgeable and personable carrying us to places only an experienced guide would visit. I appreciate the manner in which Jackson Eco Tour handled my last minute cancellation during the summer. We were given a credit for up to one year rather than having to absorb the fee that could have been forfeited. The was they approached the cancellation was the sign of a good company.
