Reserving, communication, pick-up, ground crew were fantastic. They were chatty, informative with positive attitudes. The only negative was the pilot. Negative attitude.

The conversation should focus on the history of the area. There should be any political conversations or personal concerns. The adventure should be about providing a positive, inspiring experience for the client, no matter their backgrounds or beliefs.

We are sorry if political conversation were brought up guests. We have very little control over what people talk about. But will try to do better in controlling that.
