Dress warm it gets cold in the mornings! Especially while you’re waiting for the ballon to get blown up. Really nice the ballon ride was so smooth and calm.

I had an awful experience with Aerogelic Ballooning. I received a text message informing me that they could not accommodate my reservation. They asked if I could go out on Sunday rather than Saturday. I agreed to go Sunday. Since I did not receive another text message from them, I assumed I was good to go. When I arrived at the meet up place on Sunday morning at 6am no one was there. I texted and called the number they texted me from and no one was available to receive my call. I ended up having to call Viator back to get the matter straightened out. They informed me that my reservation was cancelled but I never received a notification or a refund. Then at 9:00 am, someone from Aerogelic’s office called me back from the voice message I left only to tell me that they did in fact go up this morning, but no one contacted us to inform us of any different details of a meet up place or anything. It was a VERY disappointing experience when I traveled all the way from Detroit, MI to experience this Hot Air Balloon ride in Phoenix!
