The tine required was 15 min before if not they would leave us behind. We were there and the other guest at time required, but had to wait for the pilot helpers for 30 minutes and think could not get to the place that we were going to take off, or were all other balloons were taking off. After that the ride was beautiful. Also it said Champagne and fruits, there was no hygiene. It wasn’t champagne it was like a sparkling wine, and the fruits were on top of a not clean table cloth, no hands washed, and left cut on top of the table cloth. Not really what I thoughts was paying for.

I am sorry for the delay. Although if I remember right other balloons took off after we did, because we hustled… not to mention we flew twice as long and twice as far as they did. As for the “sparkling wine”; that IS champagne. The table cloth was fresh clean out of the laundry, and sanitizer was used and offered to other guests…. Although I’m assuming you expected me to walk up to the sink in the middle of the desert and scrub down for 60 seconds…? Interestingly the review right below this one is 5 star, they loved it, and we’re on the same exact flight….
