Sunset ATV Tour and Trail Experience in Hell's Revenge

Overview
Hell's Revenge at sunset is another level of excitement. Red desert sunsets and the trip back at twilight make this trip a must do. Unbelievable fun and fantastic scenery. One of our best values is this 2 trail combination, 3.5 hour tour. We start at Fins and Things, a moderately difficult trail and then head to Hell’s Revenge where we kick it up a notch on the steep stuff. Long steep climbs and white knuckle descents offer a roller coaster ride across slick rock fins. Expansive views from the La Sal Mountains to Arches National Park offer amazing sunsets and plenty of spectacular photo ops on this fun filled off-road, you-drive tour.

That’s was one of the most amazing experiences I have had in a long time. I could not believe where we were driving and how organized the experience was. Jason our tour guide had a great attitude and was motivational to keep the trip fun. He also insured safety was not overlooked. Overall great experience and company to do it with. Will come back to Moab to do this again soon.

From start to finish Epic 4x4 Adventures was amazing! We were able to book a same day sunset ride through fins and things and hells revenge. Booking was a breeze through their online system. When we arrived, the check in process was very easy... check a few boxes, grab a helmet, short orientation and then we were on the road. We had Tim as our guide and we really enjoyed his enthusiasm for off roading and his ability to coach everyone through each obstacle. We have quite a bit of side by side experience but If you were hesitant at all, Tim will make you feel like a pro. The machines they run drive like a dream and are easy to operate. We also really enjoyed the snacks and amazing views at all of our stops. Next time we will need to check out the mega buggy. Thanks for the awesome tour!

Choose this place. You won’t regret it. Despite experience off-roading as a passenger in the past, I was nervous to go on steep, rugged trails as a driver, especially with my teen in tow. Jennifer helped calm my nerves on the phone and convinced us that the ride would be safe. Our tour guide, Tim, did a great job orienting us to the machine and easing us into the tour...and letting up on the throttle once we got the hang of it. It was SPECTACULAR. The views were so amazing and different than the national parks. And these (practically new!) little side-by-sides were FUN! The safety features were spot-on, including fail-safes with the harnesses and parking brake. And I felt really safe having access to full-face helmets, especially for the minor in the group (though I wore one as well...for warmth and dust protection as much as safety). We were super lucky to be the only ones who signed up so we had a fully private tour. We we definitely be back to do a more challenging tour, no question about it. And I’ll refer everyone I know to this particular business. Guide: 5 stars. Tim was friendly, patient and very communicative. Amazing guide! Route: 5 stars. We started off easy at fins and things. There is an amazing view at the peak. Take it in. The route got more challenging as my confidence grew. Our guide made some interesting stops to show us the sights. It was breathtaking. Vehicles: 5 stars. Spacious, adjustable, comfy, customized rollbars and tires. Amazing suspension. And new! Safety: 5 stars. Custom harnesses that disable the vehicle if the not properly buckled. The parking brake has a similar fail safe. Full face helmets (and goggles with and without shading) for helmets without face shields. Even though the ride was moderately challenging, I never felt at risk. Just follow your guide’s directions. You get the point. It was a 5-star trip! The only opportunity for improvement would be access to helmet mics (maybe an extra-fee optional add on?) I had a tough time hearing everything over the engine volume on the walk-in-talkie. I heard enough to be safe and do what I needed to but would have liked to have been able to talk to my passenger as well. FYI: the location is not a building but a couple of (nice) trailers in a lot. They’ve done a good job equipping the place but I almost drive by because I was looking for a building.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. I enjoyed meeting you and your son so very much and we're glad you had a great time. We agree with your point about hearing on the radios for best communication. While we will always make sure you hear important driving and safety instructions we know a better option for hearing would be an improvement. We are exploring and testing amplifier options. No extra-fee. We look forward to seeing you again for some of our other trails and thank you for your referrals and recommendation.
