Sunset Safari

Overview
We get views of the wildlife of the salt marsh that people almost never have an opportunity to see. We sail daily from April until October so we always know where we are likely to see the most interesting birds and with 25 years of experience running these tours we know where we are likely to have the best trip. Our route varies daily depending on conditions.

Beautiful ride early evening. Saw so mamy different shorebirds, nests, Etc. Captain Bob and his naturalist are extremely knowledgeable and they make sure everybody gets to see everything. Been taking his birding safaris every summer for last 12 years. Always see something new Best learning experience in the Cape.

thank you so much for your continued support. it would be interesting to hear your perspective on some of the changes over the last decade. we see the changes more on a weekly or seasonal basis because of going constantly and it's harder to see year to year changes at a similar time of year

Saw an amazing number of bird species including Osprey, Laughing Gulls with a boatload of juveniles, Yellow-Crowned Night herons, a rookery of white ibis with hundreds of juveniles, Oyster Catchers, Skimmers, Ruddy turnstones, short-billed Dowitchers, Egrets and some other shorebirds. Worth every penny for a two hour tour of the area with an experienced captain who shared info about the area that was amazing.

Amazing trip! Captain and first mate were both very knowledgeable about the wildlife, eco system and the area in general. It was easy to see that they loved what they are doing! Saw many birds, my husband even added a few to his life list., highly recommend the cruise!
