Overview

We get views of the wildlife of the salt marsh that people almost never have an opportunity to see. We sail daily from April until October so we always know where we are likely to see the most interesting birds and with 25 years of experience running these tours we know where we are likely to have the best trip. Our route varies daily depending on conditions.

We learned all about the birds and wetlands of Cape May. Captain Bob was so full of information and took time to stop at many locations so that we could observe up close the various species of birds. It was a thoroughly enjoyable trip!

What a great sunset and birding tour on the Osprey. The captain and naturalist (Pam) were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They spotted birds, gave us interesting facts about the wildlife and area, and answered any questions with a smile. It was an interesting and different way to see and enjoy a Cape May sunset. Bring a jacket!

We’ve taken the Osprey Birding by Boat trips many times, and they are always delightful. I’m a birder, but my wife is not. But she loves the trips and we often bring friends and visitors. Both the Captain and the naturalist are wonderful, and work hard to make certain that everyone sees everything.
