We stayed at Goulding's Hotel but our tour started at The View Hotel in Monument Valley, Utah. The hotels are only minutes away from each other and situated in the Navajo Nation. We drove over to meet our tour guide at the View Hotel and were charged $8 per person (there were 4 of us) just to enter this part of the Navajo Nation. We did not expect this and felt that we should have been told when we made our reservations. The Sunset Tour of Monument Valley was fantastic and our tour guide, Sandrea, was very, very good. We learned a lot and Sandrea eagerly shared with us many aspects of the lives of Native Americans. This time of day is probably one of the best times to take photographs. We highly recommend this tour. We rode in an open air vehicle and this added to the experience.

Highlight of our summer! we were extremely luck to have Reever as our guide. So knowledgeable about so much! My husband requires an O2 machine and is not able to do much walking. Reever was very sensitive to that and went out of his way to make sure my husband got as close to the sites as possible in a vehicle. The Tribal Park is unbelievable, made much richer by Reever's narrative and personal stories. HIghly recommend this company.
