What To Expect

Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park

Scenic Stop 1- West & East Mitten View Scenic Stop 2- John Ford's Point & Three Sister's Monument Scenic Stop 3- Navajo Hogan Visit & Navajo rug weaving demonstration. Scenic Stop 4- Moccasin Arch, Big Hogan Arch & Live Performance Scenic Stop 5- Sun's Eye & Anasazi Petroglyphs/Ruins Scenic Stop 6- Totem Pole Monument Scenic Stop 7- North Window or Artist's Point Their will be a minimum of 5-10 minutes at each scenic stop to explore and take photos.

Despite the shut down, they made sure we still had a great tour. We had a choice of other sites to visit and could ask our guide to pull over anytime for photos, sometimes he insisted on taking our picture at certain spots. He told us a lot about the history and culture of the Navajo people. They are truly stewards of this beautiful land.

We had a a wonderful tour with Tribal Tours! Monument Valley Park was closed due to COVID so I was unsure if we would still get a good experience. The tour totally exceeded my expectations! We went to areas outside the park, did some hiking, explored Anasazi ruins and visited teardrop arch. Would do it all again!

My wife and I along with 2 other couples visited Monument Valley in the Fall of 2019. We booked an all day private tour with Monument Valley Tribal Tours. It was fantastic. We had a wonderful time. Our Navajo guide was great. He took us to out of the way places we were able to explore. Explained his childhood on the reservation and helped us to understand a way of life we know nothing about. He also gave us suggestion about where and what we should do for the rest of our stay. The suggestion were great and contributed to a wonderful stay in Monument Valley. He is also an amazing photographer. I am an accomplished amateur photographer, his pictures blow me away. I highly recommend Monument Valley Tribal Tours.
