What To Expect

Oak Alley Plantation

Your 1.5 hour Oak Alley experience will include a docent guided tour of the plantation home, a self guided tour of the grounds and many photo opportunities along the way. Save room for a Mint Julep or refreshment from the snack bar.

Excellent tour provided by the tour guide Kate and bus driver Davy. I enjoyed the swamp tour more than the plantation tour though they were both insightful. Would recommend to anyone!

Had a great time visiting the plantation followed by a swamp tour. The weather was cold and rainy on the boat, but Jim and Ken (our guide and driver) did such a great job entertaining us all through the bus trip, that it didn’t matter.
