Eco Endeavors can accommodate up to 12 guests on an Adventure based Eco-Tour through The Ten Thousand Islands of south Florida on our custom built, United States Coast Guard Inspected vessel. Throughout the duration of this 3 hour trip, guests will have the opportunity to see abundant wildlife up close such as dolphin, manatee and several species of birds. We will also stop at an isolated barrier island only accessible by boat to search for rare shells, swim or snorkel. We also offer Private tours for small or large groups directly on our website at EcoEndeavors.org.

Due to Hurricane Ian the precautionary advisory issued by DOH officials we have made some temporary changes to the tour: We will pull the boat directly onto the beach so you will not have to enter the water. Being able to successfully navigate 3 steps is required to enter and exit the boat. We DO NOT recommend swimming while on the barrier islands at this time. We DO recommend wearing beach shoes while on the barrier islands. Although not required, we are taking these precautions as safety is always our priority.

Captain was very knowledgeable and informative, and he had an uncanny knack for spotting all sorts of wildlife. It was an excellent introduction to the mangrove islands off Marco Island. Departed from a convenient location with lots of free parking. Cold water and mesh bags for shell collecting provided by the captain. Book directly through EcoEndeavors for discount.

Marco Island has a fantastic shoreline that is hard to beat! But it was hard to find activities to keep two active preteens busy. The boat tour was absolutely the highlight of our trip that the whole family enjoyed. Captain Dave was great. He explained everything we saw and checked to make sure we were comfortable often. We saw a ton of dolphins and Captain Dave even got them to plan in the wake of the boat. We were all thrilled to see the dolphins jumping alongside the boat.

Captain Jhosh was very polite and professional, excellent trip for the family ; we saw a lot of Dolphins and they play with the boat during part of the excursion. One of the best experience is to see how dolphins play with the waves of the boat .
