Eco Endeavors can accommodate up to 12 guests on an Adventure based Eco-Tour through The Ten Thousand Islands of south Florida on our custom built, United States Coast Guard Inspected vessel. Throughout the duration of this 3 hour trip, guests will have the opportunity to see abundant wildlife up close such as dolphin, manatee and several species of birds. We will also stop at an isolated barrier island only accessible by boat to search for rare shells, swim or snorkel. We also offer Private tours for small or large groups directly on our website at EcoEndeavors.org.

Due to Hurricane Ian the precautionary advisory issued by DOH officials we have made some temporary changes to the tour: We will pull the boat directly onto the beach so you will not have to enter the water. Being able to successfully navigate 3 steps is required to enter and exit the boat. We DO NOT recommend swimming while on the barrier islands at this time. We DO recommend wearing beach shoes while on the barrier islands. Although not required, we are taking these precautions as safety is always our priority.

Went on Saturday afternoon (6-2-18) and my wife and I were the only two on the eco tour. Their boat is a 25 foot center console (brand new) and they took us out even though there were only two of us. The guide was excellent - very knowledgeable, friendly, and excellent boat handling skills. He know where it was most likely to find dolphins and manatees. The beach on the uninhabited island was excellent. Overall it was a great and we'll go again the next time we visit Marco.

Captain Josh took me and four friends out to tour the Ten Thousand Islands. Despite ominous skies, we had the most amazing tour! We encountered several pods of dolphins and even got a pod of dolphins to jump in our wake, with the highlight being two dolphins jumping up out of the water and spinning in together in perfect synchronization. We were questioning whether these were former Sea World dolphins - they really put on a show! Josh is incredibly knowledgeable about marine life and shared a lot of interesting information about the local ecosystem. He is very friendly and personable and really enhanced our experience. Would highly recommend!!!

The Captain was very knowledgeable about the history of the Islands and he was very willing to share his knowledge. My favorite part of the trip was the hour we spent on the private Island. I collected so many beautiful shells at the pristine beach. I would highly recommend this trip.
